Course 2: Drafting & Utilising the Consent Form Effectively
The course will focus on the effective use of the consent form. This will involve drafting and also when to adapt, amend and add to the consent form.
Course 3: Understand & Manage Your Clinical Negligence Claims
Our approach is to understand evidence, the way lawyers think, when and how to use tactics along with the importance of setting adaptive short and long term goals.
